調最高俸率 林萬億：軍人退撫基金不致破產
行政院拍板軍人年改方案，微幅調高軍士官的最高俸率，外界關注是否會對軍人退撫基金財務造成影響。對此，政務委員林萬億今天(12日)表示，新增的額度不會造成破產疑慮，但是會降低軍人退撫基金的餘額，詳細數字還要精算。
行政院軍人年改方案出爐，軍士官最高俸率微幅調整，軍官最高俸率不超過90%，士官不超過95%。
政院版本調整最高俸率照顧較多的校級軍官，鼓勵「長留久用」，媒體詢問是否會對軍人退撫基金財務有影響。對此，政務委員林萬億12日表示，新增加的額度不會導致軍人退撫基金破產，但是會降低基金的餘額，詳細數字還要精算。林萬億說：『(原音)55%+2%跟50%+2.5%所產生的新增額度，並沒有影響到30年後退撫基金會造成立即的破產疑慮，不會，但是的確會降低基金餘額，必須經過更精準的計算就會讓大家知道。』
軍人年改方案數度和民進黨立委協商、討論，但最後政院通過的版本和年改會的版本有些微不同；林萬億表示，他和民進黨立委仔細溝通過，他也相信民進黨立院黨團了解政院版的內涵與精神，他也會尊重立法院審議結果。
